🔁 *Return & Refund Eligibility*
Customers may request a return or refund within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.

Requests raised after 5 days of successful delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

*🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required)*
To ensure fair verification and prevent fraudulent claims, a complete unboxing video is compulsory for all return, replacement, or refund requests.

The video must:
Start before opening the package
Clearly show the outer packaging and shipping label
Show the seal condition
Capture the full unboxing process
Be continuous and unedited (no cuts or pauses)

*⚠️ Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.*
✅ Valid Reasons for Return or Refund
Returns or refunds are approved only if:
Wrong product received
Product received damaged or defective
Missing items inside the package

All claims must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
Requests will not be approved in the following situations:

No unboxing video provided

Damage caused after delivery due to misuse 
or mishandling
Minor packaging damage not affecting the product

Incorrect order placed by customer

Normal wear and tear after usage
