Refund policy

At BuyIndiKart, we aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience for all our customers across India. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges                                                                     We accept return or exchange requests only under the following specific circumstances:
    Received Wrong Item: If you received a completely different product from the one you ordered.
    Parcel Damaged on Arrival: If the packaging or the product inside is broken, leaking, or physically damaged at the time of delivery.
    Missing Items: If any item or accessory is missing from the package                    ⚠️ Important Note: "Changed my mind", "No longer needed", or returns based on personal style, size misunderstanding, or color preferences will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
  2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required Proof)
    To initiate and approve any return, replacement, or refund request, the customer must provide a complete and unedited unboxing video of the package received.
    The unboxing video must:
    Start before opening the package.
    Clearly show the outer packaging and shipping label with the Order ID.
    Show the seal condition of the box.
    Capture the full opening process continuously (no cuts, edits, or pauses).
    Without a valid unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.
    The return request must be submitted within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery. Any requests raised after 5 days of successful delivery will not be entertained.
    3. Return Shipping Charges
    Merchant Fault: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will bear 100% of the reverse pickup cost.
    Other Approved Exceptions: If a return is approved under any other special condition or exception, a flat Return Shipping Fee of ₹160 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
    4. Refund Process & Timelines
    Once your return parcel reaches our warehouse and successfully passes our physical quality inspection, your refund will be approved.
    Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
    Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders paid via COD, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer. Customers will be required to securely provide their bank account details (Account Number and IFSC code) to our official customer support team.
