At BuyIndiKart, we aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience for our customers across India. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

🔁 Return & Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.

Requests raised after 5 days of successful delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required)
To ensure fair verification and prevent fraudulent claims, a complete unboxing video is compulsory for all return, replacement, or refund requests.

The video must:
Start before opening the package
Clearly show the outer packaging and shipping label
Show the seal condition
Capture the full unboxing process
Be continuous and unedited (no cuts or pauses)

⚠️ Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
✅ Valid Reasons for Return or Refund
Returns or refunds are approved only if:
Wrong product received
Product received damaged or defective
Missing items inside the package

All claims must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
Requests will not be approved in the following situations:

No unboxing video provided

Damage caused after delivery due to misuse 
or mishandling
Minor packaging damage not affecting the product

🚚 Return Shipping Charges
If the return is approved, a Return Pickup (RTO) 
charge of ₹160 will be deducted from the refund 
amount.

This charge covers the reverse logistics cost.
No RTO charge if the product is wrong or defective

Incorrect order placed by customer

Normal wear and tear after usage
